Warranty and Returns Policy and Conditions

Replacement Warranty for Defective Product

All warranty claims for any fault in components incurred under normal use and service must be immediately reported by email to info@testyourgold.com or by the contact form within the warranty periods.

If requested you must send to testyourgold.com your original proof of purchase and a written description of the fault (including image samples and any other relevant material requested); and subject to the applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction, you may be required to pay for all packing, freight and insurance costs for transit of the product to be returned.

If the warranty claim is accepted testyourgold.com will, subject to the applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction, at its cost repair or replace any faulty parts or rectify any faulty workmanship; and return the product to you.

The warranty does not apply where damage is caused outside of reasonable use and care, including without limitation:

(a) normal wear and tear;
(b) abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions;
(c) leaking batteries;
(d) exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles;
(e) servicing or modification of the product other than by testyourgold.com.

 

 

Purchase Policy

 

Received defective or damaged item; received item with missing part(s); item is lost during delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons of missing items or parts, items damaged in transit, or non delivery; within 20 days of purchase date or 48 hours after item receipt, whichever is sooner, you must contact us by email at info@testyourgold.com or by use of the contact form.

Any refunds on items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-14 days for a credit to appear on your account.

If the item is sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

All returned or exchanged items under the Purchase Policy must be in unused condition and in their original box.
